Earth Day celebration!

Come to the square Ante Starčević on Wednesday 22.04.2015. between 10:00 and 12:00 and celebrite with us 45 th anniversary of Earth Day.

Support the students of third grade from almost all local primary schools. Students from the Technical School and Natural Gymnasium Ruđer Bošković, children from the orphanage Klasje, the Association of Scouts „Slavonski hrast“ and „IK Javor“ who will compete in already well-known interesting  games.

Marking this important international eco date is a part of the IPA Cross-Border Programme Croatia – Serbia “The case for zero waste – creating preconditions for zero waste society and cross-border region”, financed by the EU and the Office for Associations of the Croatian Government.

Project is implemented in partnership with Unikom Osijek, Association for nature and environment protection Green Osijek and Croatian Development Agency, and the JKP Komunalije from Sremska Mitrovica, the city of Sremska Mitrovica, the Ecological Club of Sremska Mitrovica and CEKOR from Serbia.

Project partners will join the association Friends of the Environment, Centre for compost, Scout Club Javor, the Scouts Association“Slavonski hrast“ and Dokkica ,Police Prevention Department from Osijek – Baranja county which will introduce our guests with their educational and other activities.

In the entertainment part of the program you can watch Dance studio Shine and their performances.
