Institutional support for stabilisation and association development

In period 2009 – 2011 Green Osijek wants to emphasize organisational development in order to improve better efficiency and growth of the capacity. Because of the project financing it was oriented on enforcement of the project related activities so it wasn’t able to develop institutionally.

Guidelines in this three year period understand making of quality strategic and operative plan, development and ensuring long-term financing and self-financing, membership, active and professional core increase, extension of cooperation with other associations and other sectors of society; enforcement of long-term projects and programs.
