Eco centre Zlatna Greda
Eco centre Zlatna Greda was founded in 2003. as a project of Association for nature and environment protection “Green Osijek" (NGO). Project’s goal was to preserve natural resources and cultural values of the Middle Danube region and Kopacevo wetland through education of public and eco tourism development.
Until now, numerous projects have been implemented from which all of them had a purpose of sustainable use of natural resources through schools in nature, eco and rural tourism as well as involvement of local population.
Eco centre Zlatna Greda is located in Zlatna Greda wilderness. Building was built in the second part of 19th century and is located on the 10 500 m2 estate area. Although the building isn’t completely renewed with its part of infrastructure it can offer variety of contents. As a part of estate you can find park, playground, wooden gazebo for 50 people, wine cellar, admission centre and workshop polygon.

Green Phone
Green Phone is a public service with the goal to solve nature and environmental problems. Citizens call Green Phone for obtaining informations, reporting problems/irregularities, starting iniciatives, organizing actions, media actualisation of nature and enviromental problems, etc..
This project’s goal is to activate citizens’ participation and more efficient work of public services, to act more promptly and efficiently when the problems of the environment protection emerge. Green Osijek covers the area of three counties: Osječko – Baranjska, Požeško – Slavonska and Brodsko – Posavska. Network of Green phones covers the whole area of Croatia, with various green NGOs covering their regions.

Energy education agency
In this program, there are few partners: Green Osijek, City of Osijek, and Solar System Company. Green Osijek has a key role in educating and project promotion.
Program started by building passive solar house in Osijek for presentation and education in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. House is equipped with classroom, workshop, and presentational equipment. This is the only house of this type in South-eastern Europe, unique in its way of building and educational purposes. City of Osijek and Solar System invested 5 000 000 kn in this 500 m2 project.
